All kind of communication or personal information given by the User will be incorporated on the CBIH system which will be the Treatment Controller. The data can be processed by suppliers with access to it, with whom it will be formalized a contract that includes the obligations and responsibilities focused on the data treatment, as Treatment Processors. The data will be stored by CBIH until the moment the User exercises his/her right of erasure or to object in the terms indicated below. The communication of the personal information will be added to our commercial data base and will be used exclusively to respond the application done by the User and to send information which might be helpful for him/her; otherwise the User will be able to limit, to object or to cancel the treatment of his/her personal information. However, the User personal data will be just kept in order to exercise or defend legal claims. As the User provides that personal information, and in accordance with the article 7 of the EU Regulation No. 2016/679, the User is granting unequivocal consent in favor of CBIH to proceed with the treatment of that information with the purposes mentioned in the previous section. The personal information will not be transferred to third parties, and neither will be used in international transfers of data, unless a Court request CBIH for it. Anyhow, the User shall have the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. At any time, the User could exercise the rights of access, rectification, to object and, when appropriate, cancellation, by communicating it in writing -with indication of your data, ID copy or an equivalent documentation file to CBIH, at the address indicated above, or to the following email: info@cbih.org, indicating as title: RGPD unsubscribe. If the User is acting by legal or voluntary representatives, it will be mandatory to provide the proper document which indicates and proves that representation.
